Desktop Publishing- Desktop publishing software is used to create and design handouts, newsletters, and flyers. Teachers can use this software to inform parents and students about events or activities taking place in school. Usage of desktop publishing software is a must-have skill for new graduates, and so high schools are already teaching students how to use desktop publishing suites such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Reference software- Teachers can include reference software in research projects. Reference software let’s students access the encyclopedia, thesauruses, atlases, and dictionaries.

Simulations- Simulations software enables teachers to teach students through virtual experience. For instance, students can use this software to gain the experience of flying a plane.
External hard drive- External hard drives can protect valuable and sensitive business data in the event of an accident, such as a fire. You can use these as back-up devices for certain types of data and even invest in a system with built-in locks and extra layers of security to prevent theft.

Wireless Router- Keep your office or workspace connected to the Internet wirelessly with a wireless router. A strong wireless connection can ensure high-speed connectivity to all linked computers and mobile devices. If you have a small space, keep in mind that working wirelessly will reduce the need for extra cables running in and around your office.
Network servers- While personal computers are capable of acting as a network server, a dedicated server will give you the advantages of faster CPU (Central Processing Unit), high-performance memory and increased storage capacity. A good network server solution can effectively support your database, email applications and other files, as well as provide comprehensive security and backup options.
Laserjet Printers- Not every business uses a printer but even if your business is one that encourages a paperless work space; investing in a durable laser-jet printer can save time and energy. At some point you will need to print, whether that is a contract, documents or image files.Some laserjet printers are also equipped with a scanner, photocopy and fax function. With a price tag starting from approximately USD$100, having one in-house beats needing one any day.
PowerPoint- is application software used to present data and information by using text, images, diagrams with animations and transitional effects etc. in slides that helps to explain the topic or idea in front of audience easily and practically
